The Novi Historical Commission will award cash prizes to the top 3 photographers representing the theme "My Hometown Novi". Entry deadline is November 1, 2006 and you don't need to be a resident of Novi to enter.
Afterward, an exhibition of winning entries will be held at the Rock Financial Showplace in Novi where a "People's Choice" award will be selected by popular vote. Click here to read the rules and get an entry form.
